We collect the name, email, WhatsApp number, service choice and project details you submit. You may also choose to share your university, deadline, brief and supporting files directly with our team. Basic request information may be used to prevent spam and protect the website.
2. How we use it
We use your information to respond, prepare a quote, coordinate agreed services and resolve questions. We do not sell your personal information. Please remove student ID numbers, passwords and unrelated personal data from materials you share.
3. Access and retention
Enquiries are available to authorised administrators and relevant project coordinators. We retain information while an enquiry or service is active and as reasonably needed to resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@artynexassignments.com.
4. Cookies and external services
This site uses essential session cookies for security and administration. Google Maps loads on the contact page and may process device or usage information under Google’s own policy. Clicking WhatsApp takes you to a separate service with its own privacy terms. We do not include advertising trackers in this website.
5. Your choices
You can contact us by email instead of using the form, avoid opening external links and request that we stop contacting you about an enquiry. We will explain if a deletion request is subject to a legitimate retention requirement.
