How it works

A clear process, from day one.

Six straightforward steps — from sharing your brief to reviewing the work and receiving the final files.

Student handing an assignment brief to an assignment helper
01Share your brief
Step 01 · Start here

Send us the full brief.

Share the assignment brief, marking rubric, deadline and any files you already have. We check what is missing and ask only the questions needed to understand the task properly.

Step 02 · We analyse

We turn the brief into a clear checklist.

We identify the required deliverables, word count or technical tasks, software/tools, marking criteria and practical constraints. This makes the scope easy to understand before anything starts.

03Agree the plan
Step 03 · Plan together

Know the price, scope and timing upfront.

We explain exactly what is included, the quote, delivery timeline and any milestones. Work begins only after the plan is clear and you agree to it.

Step 04 · Review first

See the work before the final handover.

We prepare the agreed work and show you a preview or walkthrough. You compare it with the original brief, ask questions and request any agreed in-scope corrections.

Step 05 · Your approval

Approve the preview, then complete payment.

When you are satisfied with the agreed preview, you confirm approval and complete payment using the agreed method. The final package is then prepared for release.

Before we begin.

How do I get a quote?

Send your project brief through the form or WhatsApp. Include your deadline, subject and marking rubric. We review the scope and send a quote before work begins.

Can I see the work before I pay?

Yes. Our process includes a preview or walkthrough of the agreed completed work. Once you approve the preview and settle payment, we release the agreed files.

Do you support students across Malaysia?

Yes. We coordinate online with students throughout Malaysia from our Kuala Lumpur service base. You can contact us by WhatsApp or email.

Can you help with an FYP or technical project?

We support project scoping, prototypes, programming, analysis, documentation and explanation. Send the requirements and we will confirm what is feasible before agreeing the work.

What if I need a revision or receive low marks?

Contact us with the original brief and feedback. In-scope issues are reviewed for correction. If our delivered service materially missed the written agreement, a proportionate or full refund may apply. See our refund policy for the claim process.

Will you guarantee a particular grade?

No. Assessment decisions belong to your institution. Our focus is the agreed scope, clear explanations and useful learning support. Use all materials in accordance with your institution’s academic integrity rules.
